Brief Introduction
WPC fencing’s density can reach up to 1.44g/cm3. Thus, it is so hard that insects cannot bite.
The density has been proved by a test.
Test method: EN 15534-1:2014 Section 6.2 and EN ISO 1183-1:2012 Method A
Test condition: Distilled Water, 23±2℃
Test result: 1.44g/cm3
What does the 1.44g/cm3 mean? As comparison, traditional exotic tropical hardwoods, IPE, also named Brazilian Walnut, its density is 1.05g/cm3, and Cumaru (Brazilian Teak) is around 1.08. Therefore, we can see our WPC fencing material is much more hard than conventional hardwood which is normally used in outdoor applications. High density is basically able to result in high durability and insects resistant.
Then how can we define a “HIGH DURABILITY”? When we look up this word “DURABILITY” in a dictionary, we can find out the explanation is “permanence by virtue of the power to resist stress or force”, and a product durability is predicated by good repairability and regenerability in conjunction with maintenance.

ORSON OUTDOOR WPC FENCINGs are highly resistance to Ageing. Our WPC exterior fencing has been tested by Intertek, following ISO 4892-2:2013 CYCLE standard which actually is an “EXPOSURE CYCLE” test. There are THREE stages during this resist to color fading test.
-1- 500 hours duration
-2- 1000 hours duration
-3- 2000 hours duration
All of those three stages are in the same test condition.
- 102 min light at(65±3)℃, Black-standard-temperature, relative humidity(50±10)%,Irradiance: 0.51±0.02W/(m2.nm) at 340nm.
- 18 min light and water spray, Irradiance: 0.51±0.02W/(m2.nm) at 340nm.
The conclusion is “part showed SLIGHT color change”

- A1: First of all, the wood plastic materials are 100% recyclable; it is long-lasting, stable for the outdoor conditions, like sun exposure, rain, temperature ariations etc; it requires low maintenance; etc.

- A5: No. If replace the broken decking, you need to break the clips of both sides of the broken decking and then take the broken decking out, it’s easy.
